This 3,150-square-foot
high-finish professional office space was completed in four weeks.
Some of the attributes of this space included multi-zone
ventilation for the conference room, cork flooring, wood paneling,
low voltage accent lighting, and a see-through fireplace in the
conference room.

THE LAWN RANGER
Eden Prairie, MN
This
4,000-square-foot former radiator shop was transformed to a
state-of-the-art headquarters for The Lawn Ranger. Very unique and
detailed design features and materials were used to create this
beautiful space. The Lawn Ranger, located in Eden Prairie,
provides landscaping, landscape maintenance, and snow plowing to
commercial real
estate companies.

ERIK'S BIKE SHOP
Bloomington, MN
This was a 28,000-square-foot remodel
for "Erik The Bike Man's" Distribution Center. Some sustainable
finishes were used, including, rubber flooring mad out of reused
car tires, skylights to bring in natural light and sealed concrete
floors.

Office Building. This space was completed in 45-days.
