This was an 8,403-square-foot fast pace and complete build-out completed in nearly just five-weeks and over the holidays. With the help of all team members involved, it became a complete success for everyone in the end, leaving Global Imaging Systems with a stunning suite that can easily be seen from the 494 corridor in Minnetonka.

DREYER'S GRAND ICE CREAM   

Eden Prairie, MN  

This 4,634 square foot project was a fun successful project for a new Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream office location. The build-out consisted of new restrooms, a remodeled break-room, remodeled offices, remodeled conference rooms and a new high-end Gondola room for display of their products along with a new patio area in front.

THE VALUATION GROUP

Plymouth, MN  

Located in the recently completed Plymouth Creek Office Building is the new corporate headquarters of The Valuation Group, one of Minnesota's most well known commercial appraisal companies. This is a very high end tenant space utilizing an impressive combination of "cut" glass, special doors, exposed ceiling with acoustical clouds, an abundance of custom millwork, trim and wood panels. The fireplace, with a thick granite hearth, welcome you into the space. It is also complimented by state of the art work stations and electronics.

28,000 square foot upscale project with an Urban setting, multiple colors, patterns and fixtures were used from warehouse districts to cosmopolitan uptown styles.

Compound angles from the flooring to the gypsum drywall soffits and ceilings give depth and dimension to the open office layout.

Special lighting, sound masking and attention to detail in the layout ensured a warm and welcoming work environment. Nominated for the Dupont Antron Design Award.
