We received a call from a client that one of their tenant’s

emergency exit door became inoperable due to frost heaving the stoop.

That challenge was to make the door operable immediately, but a complete

removal and replacement of the slab during the winter was cost

prohibitive for the client. Within hours, we were on site with a

demo hammer and bushing bit to remedy the problem. It may not be pretty,

but it was exactly what the client wanted.

VACANCY REHAB

Many of our tenants rely on us to help them make their vacancies more appealing to prospective tenants; we call these projects "vacancy rehabs". Vacancy Rehabs allow prospective tenants visualize how the space will meet their needs and fill their requirements. They can be as complicated as a complete removal of all interior walls and finish systems, or as simple as a fresh coat of paint. We enjoy helping our clients determine the most cost effective route to turning their vacancy into a sharp and leasable space.
