managers estimate a project they stay involved with it from start
to completion. To ensure total quality management, the project
managers communicate daily with our onsite project supervisors. In

each client's unique needs, and are familiar with what services

assist with property leasing.
We offer free pre-construction
consulting. If
you are a tenant or want to build your own building, and want to
be sure the construction costs are going to be within your budget,
we can give you an estimate which you can use to determine if you
can proceed now or use it to give you a guide line so that you can
plan the construction in the future.

prime contractors.

Group, Inc., we use a Firm Bid Proposal format and Guaranteed Maximum
pricing best aimed to keep costs simple and fair. The firm bid
proposal format is most cost-effective when adequate plans and
specifications are available, and an ample time frame to prepare
competitive bids. This proposal format allows us to take advantage
of soliciting multiple vendor bids to ensure clients receive the
best value. However; the firm bid proposal is contingent upon the
quality, accuracy and completeness of the
provided documents we are given from which to base our bid, as well as the
deadlines given to solicit several bids. At The Bainey Group, Inc., we provide fast bid
turn-around and accurate pricing. We communicate and partner with
clients throughout the entire construction process. We guarantee
stellar customer service to always exceed your expectations.
GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE
Guaranteed
maximum price is often the best way for a client to maximize value
while minimizing costs, especially for projects with difficult
time frames. Used in partnering relationships and in conjunction
with value engineering, guaranteed maximum price offers the
opportunity to lock in on a maximum cost while taking advantage of
all savings generated between establishing the guaranteed maximum
price and project completion. These savings are of course passed
on to the client. This greatly reduces the time frame
needed to produce a real construction cost, even when using
incomplete drawings. We work with all necessary parties to ensure
requirements are fulfilled, needs are met, schedules are followed,
and costs are minimized. We guarantee that our proactive role as
“Project Communicator” will create a successful project from
initiation to final walk through, and we assist in establishing
building standards.
