Our motto is; safety must
become a habit. We have a dedicated Safety Committee
that is made up of two office
staff and two field staff, which allows them to maintain a
centralized safety focus from a
company wide perspective. They meet regularly to ensure
compliance of all OSHA regulations and continually strive to
improve our existing safety
programs and policies as well as
review and develop new safety training programs and
policies. This dedication keeps
our insurance costs low, and this cost savings directly
impacts our client’s bottom line.
The Safety Committee conducts
mandatory company wide safety meetings, job site meetings, and
training seminars on a regular basis. Safety training is not a
one-time occurrence! We are committed to quality safety
training and interaction between employees, which positively
develops an attitude that strengthens & supports safety
awareness and accident prevention efforts allowing safety to
become a habit! Some

committee has established measurable goals for our safety
program that has lead to measurable results, since 2005, The
Bainey Group has successfully reported Zero (0)
injuries on
the Osha 300A Log and we were awarded the Associated Builders
&
Contractors
2008 Silver STEP Award.
Emergency
Preparedness Action Planning
The Bainey
Group, Inc. also has a dedicated Emergency Preparedness
Action
Planning
(EPAP) Committee that meets monthly. This committee
continuously
assesses
vulnerabilities, disasters, and emergencies that could be a
potential threat
to our
business. To assist in a fast and successful response and
recovery they have
planned and
prepared for these potential threats and have successfully
written, trained,
and tested
comprehensive emergency action plans (EAP) like:
