TONIC OF UPTOWN
Minneapolis, MN
We tore the roof off - literally. Added
structural steel framing and put a new roof
on the building to support roof top dining.
Demolition of the entire interior of the
previously resided Lakeland Dental Academy.
Everything in the building, with the
exception of the four exterior walls, is new
including the electrical, mechanical and
fire systems. The exterior walls were
brought back to the original brick.
There are four bars, two lounges, a dance
floor, full kitchen for upscale dining, banquet room,
decorative brickwork, catwalk
overlooking the main dining room and a 26-foot tall ceiling on the 2nd-floor.
Along
with the rooftop dining with unobstructed views and an impressive
array of materials and finishes throughout, it is now one of the
hottest new restaurant/nightclubs in the city

MAJOR'S
RESTAURANT
Bloomington, MN
The
existing building required extensive mechanical, electrical,
structural, and exterior upgrades. The 13,000-square-foot interior
space was completely demolished and rebuild. The project was
completed in approximately four months and incorporates new dining
spaces with a fireplace, exterior patio dining, custom millwork,
and additional natural light.

SPECTATOR'S
BAR & GRILLE
Albertville, MN
This
restaurant features custom oak-paneled walls an oak bar, and a
dance floor. The full kitchen enables a variety of dishes to be
served, while catering to a sports bar atmosphere. This build-out
really pushed the trades to meet an opening date and everyone come
through.

GREAT WALL
Edina, MN
The Great
Wall is know for having the finest Szechwan and Peking Cuisine in
all the Metropolitan area. We took the classic appearance of this
restaurant and turned it into a modern but traditional restaurant
to provide a feng shui atmosphere for exquisite cuisine dining. E
Design was exceptional in providing a unique look under a tight
budget with a limited amount of space. Authentic appearance with
custom-picked ceramic tile and bamboo wall covering provides makes
you feel you were dining in China at "The Great Wall"
