This 59,000 square-foot spec building
was constructed in less than 80 days
(originally a 120-day completion
schedule) and completed well under
budget. A collaborative effort between
the team, along with some cooperative
weather, made it possible for us to
complete this project in such a short
period of time.

CENTRAL POWER
DISTRIBUTORS
Anoka, MN
This is the second new building we have
built for Central Power Distributors.
This building is 50,800 square-feet and
is constructed of precast wall panels
with aluminum and glass windows & doors
on the front facade. The building has
structural steel roof, with a 45 mil
rubber membrane roof & a 7,000 +
square-foot office mezzanine.
