second phase providing Bracco Acist Medical Systems with complete
occupancy of this Liberty Property Trust building with a total
approximate of 74,808-square-feet.

This very busy clinic is located on
the fifth floor of the Southdale Medical Building. The result of
this remodel, is an environment that is comforting for patients
and user-friendly for the clinic staff.

ENDODONTICS

 This
project involved converting a 1980s pet hospital into a fully
functional Endodontics Office. Challenges we faced were tight
budgets and existing conditions.

Extensive
millwork & high-end features such as cherry crown & trim moldings,
vaulted ceilings, decorative carpet borders, and decorative
lighting.

WHITE BEAR
OPTICAL
White Bear Lake, MN
This was a complete renovation of the existing eye clinic which
included
exam rooms which were ready for use so business could stay
operational. There is extensive
custom cabinetry and display systems as well as storefronts,
office space and mechanical upgrades.
Completed in 2002.

Former
credit union converted to a dental & golf therapy clinic. This
is an 8,500-square-foot state-of-the-art facility which was
completed in October of 2003.
