LIBERTY PLAZA

Eden Prairie, MN  

The Bainey Group was Awarded the construction contract for Liberty Plaza. This project is currently under construction. This will be our second LEED® Certified building. Our goal is to achieve LEED® Gold Certification. This Class "A", 4-story, 128,000-square-foot building will be connected to a new 176,000-square-foot parking ramp (457 parking stalls).

Smetana Business Center is a 56,000 square foot office building located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This project is LEED® Gold Certified under the LEED® core & shell program specifically designed for commercial office building development. The owner of this project is one of the premier LEED® developers in the country.
