This project was 4,000-square-feet and
reached substantial completion in six weeks even though there was
extensive cabinetry and millwork. It's a high-end office space
delivered at a reasonable price due to value engineering and the
architect choosing products that are high quality, yet economical.

BRIDGEWATER BANK
Bloomington, MN
The Bridgewater
Bank project had two challenging goals to be met. The first goal
was to “value engineer” this project while incorporating high end
millwork, slate and stone finishes. The second goal was to achieve
a move in date under a 4-week schedule. Both objectives were met
through superior communication by all members of the team,
including the tenant, landlord, architect, and subcontractors.

This was a 2,850-square-foot
challenging interior build-out. The project consisted of a
plethora of high-end designs with a variety of designers involved
throughout the entire construction process. Thanks to a lot of
hard work from everyone involved, the project was successful and
turned out beautifully.

St. Louis Park, MN
As a new full-floor tenant to the
interchange tower, Cobank, along with its design team, created a
very warm work environment comprised of luxurious wall coverings,
classic flooring patterns, and excellent accent lighting.

FINANCIAL
Wayzata, MN
Located in the Wayzata Professional
office center. This project is an example of how we can work as a
team with the landlord, architect, and tenant to design and
construct office space with two objectives in mind; to maintain
high-quality building standard when it comes to key components
such as ceiling, flooring, doors, electrical, heating and
ventilation; and to work with the tenant to meet their aesthetic
and budget requirements to design a space that fits their unique
needs.
