F.I.R.S.T. (First In Response &
Service Team Members)
Hall of Fame
F.I.R.S.T. is a group of people
that are being honored for unequalled customer service for always
providing FAST timely bids, nearly perfect attendance at pre-bid
meetings, and quickly responding with "close-out" packages at
project completion. Once that criteria has been met, bonus
points are given for performance, like attitude and fast response
to providing information.
Each person chosen for the F.I.R.S.T Hall of
Fame is given a letter jacket. When you maintain the quality
of service you have provided in the past, there will be drawings
for gifts, recognition in newsletters, and other fun perks
randomly throughout the year.
We take this Hall of Fame Club very
seriously and hope you do as well.
