Comprised of four (4) 9,000 square-foot office condominiums with class "A" interiors that was built-to-suit for each individual owner. The Buildings are Generation Green compliant per the City of Oakdale's Criteria.

TOWN CENTER OFFICE PLAZA

Plymouth, MN

Consisted of 6 ground-up buildings which total approximately 56,000 square-feet. The buildings are wood frame construction with an exterior finish combination of brick and EIFS. These buildings were completed in 2005. Won 1st place in the NAIOP Award's of excellence in the year 2005 for multi-tenant more than 50,000 square feet.
