SMETANA BUSINESS CENTER

Eden Prairie, MN  

Smetana Business Center is a 56,000 square foot office building located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.  It is targeting a gold certification level under the LEED core & shell program specifically designed for commercial office building development. This project is also pursuing pre-certification with the USGBC in the late summer of 2006. The owner of this project is one of the premier LEED developers in the country.
