Our employees’
safety is vital to everyone at The Bainey Group. We want to send
all our workers home to their families each night after they’ve
had a productive, healthy and safe day.
We have developed
a safety committee dedicated to research and review all aspects of
The Bainey Group’s safety program. Comprised of two field and two
office representatives, The Safety Committee meets regularly.
By focusing on
making safe work practices a habit that everyone follows, we
achieve our goal of zero accidents on all of our job sites. Using
focus, commitment and dedication, we train our employees on safety
awareness, and specific ways they can increase the safety of
themselves and those around them. Our employees participate in the
following: monthly training seminars, weekly job site and safety
meetings, AWARE program, Fall Protection Plan, Right to Know
Program, and OSHA Compliance by all subcontractors. Through
participation in these programs, accidents are preventable.
Our goal for
every project? To complete all tasks with no injuries to people,
and no loss or damage to equipment or materials. Our dedication to
safety directly impacts our clients’ bottom lines as well. Cost
savings on workman’s compensation insurance, and the ability to
maintain completion date goals, positively and directly impact all
of our clients.
