BAINEY GROUP COMPLETES LEED CERTIFIED BUILDING

The Bainey Group Construction Company, Plymouth, has Seven Team members that are Green Advantage® Certified Practitioners and have recently completed constructing Lake Smetana Business Center for Liberty Property Trust, which is a 56,000 square foot LEED Certified building located in Eden Prairie. Bainey is currently constructing the interior build-out for Compellent Technologies Inc., whom will be occupying Lake Smetana Business Center Building B’s entire 56,000 square feet.

Currently under construction is Eagle Community Bank, a 4,000 square tenant improvement located in Maple Grove, 13,000 square foot build-out for Savers the largest thrift store chain’s newest location in Bloomington and Advanced Duplication Services LLC, a CD/DVD replication company located in Plymouth.

In addition, The Bainey Group has recently completed Oakdale Office Condominiums for Carlson Real Estate, which consisted of four 9,000 square foot buildings located in Oakdale, a 20,000 square foot industrial building expansion for JIT Powder Coating located in Farmington as well as a major exterior renovation to the landmark shopping center Country Village Mall located in Minnetonka. Rasmussen College a 21,000 square foot tenant improvement located in Eden Prairie, a 4,000 square foot interior build-out for Bridgewater Bank II located in Greenwood; and Dugo, which stands for “Dress Up, Go Out” the newest upscale clothing store located in Galleria Mall, Edina.

BAINEY GROUP BROKE GROUND FOR CENTRAL POWER DISTRIBUTION

 

The Bainey Group, Inc., a Plymouth based general contractor, has just broken ground for  Central Power Distribution, a  50,800 square foot two story office/warehouse distribution facility in Anoka, and currently under construction is a 10,000 square foot office building for Plymouth Creek II, located in Plymouth. The Bainey Group is also renovating the Grove Square Professional Building which includes a two-story addition that will replace a portion of the existing single story structure. The single story structure is one of the pioneer retail/medical buildings in Maple Grove.

 

Additional projects currently under construction are: Deluxe, a 12,200 square foot office renovation located in Arden Hills for CSM Corporation, CIMA Labs a pharmaceuticals company with a 1,000 square foot restroom remodel located in Eden Prairie.

 

Recently completed projects are Murnane Brandt Law firm, a 25,000 square foot office remodel located at Wells Fargo Place in St. Paul for Zeller Realty Corporation; Pump it Up, a 12,700 square foot facility which hosts events such as birthday parties, team-building exercises or just all out fun for a variety of events located in Burnsville; Len Druskin, a 10,000 square foot retail masterpiece with an industrial look located in the Galleria mall in Edina; Wilson’s Leather a 3,000 square foot retail store located in North Branch and three complete remodels for McDonald’s fast food restaurant located in New Hope, Plymouth and Blaine.

BAINEY GROUP COMPLETES WHITEWATER BUILDINGS

 

The Bainey Group has recently completed the exterior and interior common area renovation of the Whitewater Office Center in Minnetonka. Another exterior renovation project just completed is the Ridgehaven Mall Storefronts, also in Minnetonka.  Currently under construction is a major 20,000 square foot renovation of the old Lakeland Dental Academy in the Uptown area of Minneapolis, soon to become Tonic, a Las Vegas style Bar and lounge.

 

Just completed Plymouth Creek Professional Building is a 13,500 square foot, very upscale office building in Plymouth.  The first tenant, Valuation Group moved into 4,500 square feet the first of November.

 

In addition, The Bainey Group has been currently completing the following tenant improvement spaces: GN Resound (20,000 square feet) located in Bloomington, New Reflection’s AVEDA Salon (2,000 square feet) located in the Ridgedale Mall (Minnetonka), Great Wall Restaurant (2,240 square foot) dine in or take out Chinese Restaurant (Edina), and Fed Ex (85,000 square feet) located in Bloomington.

 

Currently under construction is 30,000 square feet for Kroll Ontrack located in Eden Prairie, 55,400 square feet for CBSA located in St. Louis Park & 3,100 square feet for Diametrics located in Roseville.

BAINEY GROUP COMPLETES LARSON KING

 

The Bainey Group has recently completed Larson King, Inc. a 44,000 square foot office space located in the World Trade Center (St. Paul), Regency Coffee (Eden Prairie) and 80,000 square feet for E Funds (Woodbury).  The Bainey Group has also completed Asian Max a dine in or take out Chinese Restaurant located in both the One Financial Plaza (Minneapolis) and the World Trade Center (St. Paul).

 

In addition, The Bainey Group has been currently completing the following tenant improvement spaces: Medical Advanced Pain Specialists (Coon Rapids), Winroc (Bloomington), Illuma Laser Vision (Edina), Seasonal Specialties (Eden Prairie), Merchandising Concepts (Eden Prairie) and Spicers Paper (St. Paul). Some recently awarded projects are: Maple Lake High School, AbleConn (New Hope) and Edward Jones (St. Louis Park).

BAINEY GROUP COMPLETES GRAMMER BUILDING

 

The Bainey Group has recently completed Grammer, Inc. a 65,300 square foot office/warehouse building in Hudson, WI and Afton Marina & Yacht Club’s new service building featuring in floor heating with structural concrete floors and two massive 30’ x 30’ hanger style vertical bi-fold doors located in Afton Minnesota.  The Bainey Group also completed the World Trade Center’s Atrium storefront facelift in St. Paul, MN. We are currently constructing Dunlo Motors new sales building in Crystal Minnesota and the George Will Building a 70,000 square foot speculative office/warehouse building in Rogers Minnesota. 

 

In addition, The Bainey Group has been currently completing the following tenant improvement spaces: Fisher Edit in the Midwest Plaza (Minneapolis), Viking Forest Products (Eden Prairie), Prometric testing center (Edina), Hammer Residence (Wayzata), and the Running Room (Burnsville).

BAINEY GROUP BREAKS GROUND FOR GRAMMER

 

The Bainey Group is currently constructing Grammer, Inc. a 65,300 square foot office/warehouse building in Hudson, WI.  Also starting construction is the Burns Professional Building, a 42,574 square foot Class “A” office building with some unique architectural exterior features. The Building set in the Golden Triangle, where 35E and 35W split in Burnsville, is being touted as a welcoming landmark for the entire Twin Cities for those approaching from the south.

 

In addition, The Bainey Group has been currently completing the following tenant improvement spaces: St. Paul Jewelers and Zeller offices in the World Trade Center (St. Paul), MGI Pharma’s New Headquarters (Bloomington), and Jet Set Bar (Minneapolis). Another project worthy of note is the completion of a 40’x12’x12’ deep concrete pit at the McGlynn Bakery site in Fridley.  The silo will house new baking equipment purchased from Italy that will greatly expand McGlynn’s production capabilities.

The Bainey Group has completed Unisource, a 340,000 square foot office/warehouse building (Brooklyn Park).  Also recently completed is Cochrane’s Marina, (Greenwood) and Lake Smetana Building “A” (Eden Prairie).

 

In addition, The Bainey Group has been busy completing the following tenant improvement spaces: Formerly an Auto supply warehouse this 64,000 square foot space was converted into a bright and invigorating office and call center for Prometric’s (Edina) and 120,000 square feet for GN Resound (Bloomington). All of these projects were nominated “Best in Real Estate”.

The Bainey Group, Inc. has recently completed Crosstown Building #6, a 73,200 square foot office/warehouse building (Brooklyn Park).  Also completed is an auto repair shop, Ultratech Automotive (Coon Rapids).

 

In addition, The Bainey Group has been busy completing the following tenant improvement spaces; 26,770 square feet of office interior with an urban industrial theme for Zamba (Minneapolis), 20,000 square feet at Integra Telecom (Bloomington), 19,000 square feet at Geotronics Wang (Bloomington).

The Bainey Group, Inc. has completed Crosstown Building #5, a 142,700 square foot office/warehouse building (Brooklyn Park).  Also recently completed is a 6,500 square foot office space for Disciplined Growth Investors at the Fifth Street Towers in Downtown Minneapolis.

 

In addition, The Bainey Group has been busy completing the following tenant improvement spaces located in Wayzata: 11,500 square feet for Edina Realty; 2,800 square feet for Return, Inc.; 2,800 square feet for Wealth Enhancement ; 780 square feet for the Conference Room.

BAINEY GROUP COMPLETES CROSSTOWN BUILDING #3 & NEW REFLECTIONS AVEDA SALON & DAY SPA.

 

The Bainey Group has completed Crosstown Building # 3 in Brooklyn Park, a 68,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse space.  Also recently completed was the New Reflections Aveda Salon and Day Spa located in the Plymouth Town Center in Plymouth.

 

In Addition, The Bainey Group has been busy completing the following tenant improvement spaces:  27,000 sq. ft. for MGI Pharma (Bloomington), 32,700 sq. ft. for Metacom (Brooklyn Park), 8,000 sq. ft.

 for Schwan’s (Bloomington), and 7,500 sq. ft. for Frito-Lay (Bloomington).
